NRC Industry Partnership Facility Opens. (Saskatoon Update).


The National Research Council Plant Biotechnology Institute The Biotechnology Institute is an independent nonprofit organization founded to teach the public about the benefits of biotechnology. It was created in 1998 by the biotechnology industry and is located in Arlington, Virginia.  (NRC-PBI) Industry Partnership Facility is Saskatchewan's newest facility for research and innovation. The new facility is a $15.4-million expansion to the NRC-PBI, built to house incubation incubation /in·cu·ba·tion/ (in?ku-ba´shun)
