(ULSD) Implementation Workshop November 15-16 at the Astor Crowne Plaza Hotel in New Orleans, LA. The ULSD highway regulations are complex and implementation may present supply and distribution challenges. With the compliance date now less than 20 months away (June 2006), the workshop will provide a forum to discuss the many concerns of the fuels industry regarding these rules--as well as the recently promulgated ULSD rules for non-road vehicles effective June 2007--and their potential impacts on the supply and distribution chain throughout the overall diesel fuel production, transportation, distribution, and user industries. Co-sponsoring the workshop with NPRA are the American Petroleum Institute The American Petroleum Institute, commonly referred to as API, is the main U.S. trade association for the oil and natural gas industry, representing about 400 corporations involved in production, refinement, distribution, and many other aspects of the industry.
