NPCA/FSCT to host international marine coatings conference.On May 18-20, 2009, NPCA/FSCT will sponsor the "International Marine and Offshore Coatings Conference" at the Wyndham Virginia Beach Virginia Beach, resort city (1990 pop. 393,069), independent and in no county, SE Va., on the Atlantic coast; inc. 1906.
