Enhanced Document Management Capabilities

NovaManage 6.2 also provides uses with a Graphical Workflow Builder that provides an intuitive "click and drag Using a pointing device, such as a mouse, to latch onto an icon on screen and move it to some other location. When the screen pointer is over the icon of the object, the mouse button is clicked to grab it. The button is held down while the object is moved ("dragged") to its destination. " graphical capability, substantially increasing the system's ease-of-use. As the system becomes more intuitive, the learning curve decreases, and ultimately, end-user productivity is boosted. This capability also allows ad-hoc or structured workflows to be created in minutes and workflow status to be viewed graphically. Standard in NovaManage is the ability to perform complete electronic audit trail.
Other enhancements to NovaManage 6.2 include ELectronic Signature, which provides a means of password-protecting specific operations within NovaManage. This feature is especially beneficial to organizations that work under FDA FDA
