NOVASOFT Systems Expands Its International Customer Base With the Addition of Several New Accounts; NovaManage open Architecture Ideal for the Global Enterprise.


BURLINGTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 20, 1995--NOVASOFT Systems, Inc., developers of the industry-leading NovaManage enterprise-wide document management and workflow software, today announced considerable expansion of its international customer base.

Along with securing several new NovaManage users, NOVASOFT's extensive global distribution channel, including companies such as Siemens AG Siemens AG

The international organizations added to NOVASOFT's customer roster today include Siemens VT, Corpoven Oil and Lagoven Oil in Venezuela, COSIPA COSIPA Companhia Siderúrgica Paulista (Brazil)  in Brazil and COMAU/FIAT and CSELT/Telecom in Italy. Each of these companies has purchased NovaManage to enable enterprise-wide users "cradle-to-grave" management of business critical documents within a structured environment.

Siemens VT (Mass Transit Systems)-- Siemens VT is currently building a high-speed railway/subway network for Thailand, China and Turkey.  is one of the world's largest producers of electrical switching systems for high-voltage circuits and power plants. Siemens recently selected NovaManage as part of its international expansion plan that includes R&D and manufacturing in Germany and Brazil.

Corpoven Oil and Lagoven Oil, Venezuela-- NovaManage has added two new oil refineries to its customer base, one of which is the largest refinery in South America. Corpoven Oil and Lagoven Oil are subsidiaries of the Venezuelan National Oil Company (PDVSA PDVSA Petroleos De Venezuela, SA ).

COMAU/FIAT, Italy-- Comau is the division of FIAT Auto that designs, manufactures and implements automobile assembly lines for the FIAT Group. Comau will deploy NovaManage as the document and workflow management system integrating with their current Lotus Notes environment on a worldwide basis.

CSELT/Telecom, Italy-- CSELT CSELT Centro Studi e Laboratori Telecomunicazioni (Turin, Italy)  is the research and development arm for the Italian Telephone Company (Telecom Italia division of STET Group). CSELT/Telecom has recently selected NovaManage to handle their document and workflow management for their field service personnel.

COSIPA Steel Company, Brazil-- COSIPA is the largest Brazilian steel and iron company, dominating the Latin America steel industry. The company has recently chosen NovaManage as its electronic document management and workflow solution.
