An undercover investigator, who had heard allegations of prostitution at Y2K See Y2K problem and Y2K compliant.

 Accupressure, 1610 E. Colorado St., went there as a customer for three months, said Investigator Joe Allen. On Friday, the investigator asked the masseuse masseuse /mas·seuse/ (-sldbomacz´) [Fr.] a woman who performs massage.  to perform a sexual act and after she quoted him a tip price of $50 and accepted the offer, he arrested her, Allen said.

Police arrested manager Suk SUK Sveriges Unga Katoliker (Swedens Young Catholics)  Young Moon, 44, of Los Angeles on suspicion of running a massage business without a permit; Myungock Kim, 44, of L.A., on suspicion of giving a professional massage without a license; and Hyun Ja Chung, 47, of Torrance on suspicion of prostitution.

None could be reached for comment.

Neither the business, which has been closed, nor any of the masseuses had licenses to operate, Allen said.

``We watch these massage places closely so this type of activity does not become widespread,'' said Lt. Lief Nicolaisen, adding there's nothing illegal about licensed, therapeutic massage businesses whose employees are licensed and trained.
