NOTES : NCAA REJECTS SAT SCORE FOR KENNEDY'S DOYLE.Byline: Daily News A long-awaited weekend ended abruptly for Kennedy High School defensive back Karalus Doyle on Monday when the NCAA NCAA abbr. National Collegiate Athletic Association Clearinghouse denied his first qualifying Scholastic Assessment Test score, requiring him to retake re·take tr.v. re·took , re·tak·en , re·tak·ing, re·takes 1. Doyle, who accepted a scholarship offer to Washington State last weekend, must either pass the test on another try or sign with a Division I college as a Proposition 48 case. ``This breaks my heart,'' Doyle said. ``I know I didn't do anything wrong. They're trying to take my dreams away from me.'' The Educational Testing Service The Educational Testing Service (or ETS) is the world's largest private educational testing and measurement organization, operating on an annual budget of approximately $1.1 billion on a proforma basis in 2007. challenged his score last month after reviewing his points increase from his first test. Doyle scored a 580 out of 1600 points on that test and the service declined to release his score on the second test. The NCAA requires a score of 820 to be allowed to play sports as a freshman. The only other choice Doyle has is to challenge the NCAA on the decision. Otherwise, the last available test to qualify for next season is June 1. Bobcat-bound: Former North Hollywood All-City forward Damon Ollie has signed a national letter of intent with Montana State. Ollie, who averaged 16.5 points and 10.9 rebounds at Santa Monica College Santa Monica College was first opened in 1929 as Santa Monica Junior College. Current enrollment is 32,000 students in more than 90 fields of study. The college also has one of the largest international student populations of any community college in the US, with approximately this season, chose Montana State over Missouri-Kansas City. Groff finishes 12th: Shan Groff, 18, of Reseda, finished 12th in his racing debut at the Long Beach Indy Lights race Sunday.
