NOTES: WARRIORS PLAN SIGNUPS FOR YOUTH FOOTBALL.

The Santa Clarita Valley The Santa Clarita Valley is the valley of the Santa Clara River in Southern California. It stretches through Los Angeles County and Ventura County. Its main population center is the city of Santa Clarita. The valley was part of the 48,612-acre (19,672.  Athletic Assn.'s Warriors football program is holding signups for its 34th football season.

The program is accepting applications for players ages 8-14 and cheerleaders Notable cheerleaders

 ages 7-14.

Signups will be held March 22, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., and Saturday, May 2, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Lamppost Pizza on Bouquet Road in Saugus.

Signups also will be held April 4 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Castaic Water District Facility.

Warriors football serves the entire Santa Clarita Valley.

Hockey: The Los Angeles Kings The Los Angeles Kings are a professional ice hockey team based in Los Angeles, California, USA. They are members of the Pacific Division of the Western Conference of the National Hockey League (NHL).  Youth Roller Hockey roller hockey

Hockey played on a hard surface in which two opposing teams of roller skaters, using curved sticks, try to drive a ball into the opponents' goal.
 Clinic is scheduled for March 28, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

The cost is $40. Participants are urged to sign up now to reserve spots.

Soccer: The Exiles Soccer Club, a boys' under-15 team, is holding tryouts this week.
