 All-American tailback Justin Fargas Justin Fargas (born January 25, 1980 in Encino, California) is a football player in the NFL. Professional career
He was drafted in the third round of the 2003 NFL Draft by the Oakland Raiders. As of 2006, he is the Raiders' second-string running back.
 has narrowed his college choices to USC An abbreviation for U.S. Code.  and Michigan and will announce his decision before his senior season begins.

Fargas was at USC on Tuesday watching football practice. The Trojans have made a strong late push for Fargas. Michigan has been prominent since Fargas made an unofficial recruiting visit in June.

Fargas said Tuesday night that he wants to take the pressure off by making a decision before the Knights begin their 1997 season. Notre Dame is scheduled to open against Alemany on Sept. 12, but the game is expected to be switched to Sept. 11 and be televised on Fox Sports West 2.

City preview show: A City Section football TV preview show will debut on Sept. 1 at 8:30 p.m. on the district's Board of Education station KLCS, channel 58. The show takes a look at all 49 high school football teams in the City Section.
