Nancy Ma set a Cal State Northridge record Thursday by recording 34
kills in the Matadors' 15-12, 15-5, 13-15, 12-15, 15-13 victory
over host Sacramento State in a Big Sky Conference women's
volleyball match.
Northridge (5-8, 5-0) also set the school's team record with
93 kills on the way to winning its fifth consecutive match to stay atop
the conference standings.
Getty Dimitrova added 23 kills, while setter Heather Hofmans
contributed 73 assists for the Matadors, who had a .306 hitting
percentage.
The Hornets, who rallied from a two-game deficit, fell to 9-7, 1-2.
