NORTEL HELPS ED.GOV IMPROVE WEB SITE RANKING.The U.S. Department of Education's ED.gov ranks among the top 10 federal agency websites in an influential report on e- government, thanks to a collaborative effort between the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO OCIO Office of the Chief Information Officer OCIO Opleidings Centrum Initiële Opleidingen (Dutch Army Basic Training Centre) ) and Nortel Government Solutions, a U.S. company wholly-owned by Nortel (NYSE/TSX: NT).
