NOBEL EDUCATION DYNAMICS ANNOUNCES COMPLETION OF PLANNED DIVESTITURE PROGRAM

CHERRY HILL, N.J., Dec. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Nobel Education Dynamics, Inc. (NASDAQ: NEDI) announced today the completion of the material portion of their planned divestiture program.
A.J. Clegg, chairman of Nobel Education Dynamics, Inc., stated that the planned divestiture program was essentially completed by the sale of 12 child care centers located in Georgia and Florida to Children Today of Georgia, Inc. for $2.9 million. The net proceeds will be used to further reduce bank debt and to provide funds for expansion in the company's core areas.
Clegg stated that the focus of management can now be concentrated on growth. Nobel opened a new child care center in Virginia in September, has two more under construction in North Carolina and Illinois, and has several additional schools and centers under negotiation with developers.
