NO CHARGES FILED OVER STUNT DEATH.

No charges will be filed in the Florida accident that killed a 29-year-old Woodland Hills woman on location for the Disney film "Gone Fishin,' " officials said Wednesday.

Florida Marine Patrol investigators who reviewed the Dec. 19, 1995, accident cited a number of problems with the film's stunt, but none rose to the level of "culpable negligence Noun 1. culpable negligence - (law) recklessly acting without reasonable caution and putting another person at risk of injury or death (or failing to do something with the same consequences)

," said Michael Provost, Florida state attorney.

The stunt called for a boat to fly off a jump ramp and land among a group of boats. Instead, it careened off course and into a crowd of crew members.
