NMS Communications Partners with Voiceway to Deliver Communications Platforms to Africa and France.

BOSTON -- At Fall VON, NMS Communications (NASDAQ: NMSS), a leading provider of communications technologies and solutions for converged and mobile networks, announced today it has partnered with Voiceway SAS to extend NMS's line of Vision and Open Access communications platforms (www.nmscommunications.com/DevPlatforms) into France and Africa.

Voiceway has extensive experience selling and promoting voice technologies in these regions and has an impressive list of customer relationships including Cap Gemini, Atos Origin and France Telecom. By adding NMS's communications platforms to its current voice line, Voiceway can now extend its offering to bring new and existing customers 3G video solutions that are in high demand.
