NJ builders recognize 'custom masterpieces'.

The New Jersey Builders Association recently recognized Pinnacle Custom, a division of Pinnacle Ltd. of Millburn, New Jersey, with the 2004 Sales and Marketing Award for the Best Custom Home.

Pinnacle was bestowed with this highly-sought after award for a 13,000-square foot estate home in its 18-home enclave of custom masterpieces at Round Hill in Saddle River, New Jersey.

This is the third year in a row that Pinnacle has been recognized by NJBA with this SAM award, an accomplishment that is unprecedented in the history of the SAM award.

The 2004 SAM Awards winners were presented at the Atlantic Builders Convention in Atlantic City, New Jersey, which was attended by hundreds of the real estate industry's leading professionals.

The NJBA SAM Awards are the most prestigious acknowledgements for new home sales and marketing achievement and give recognition to the builders and their associates who have made major contributions to the home building industry.
