A laptop computer with a modem connection in a conference room in Gaithersburg was used to dial-up the 10 V JVS in the Josephson Array Technology Lab in Boulder. Complete remote control of the system was demonstrated by performing a number of calibrations. The new software will replace older DOS-based software, making the system compatible with current computer hardware and software.
