 SUPER SCOPE 6 MALL TOUR IN APRIL AND MAY
 REDMOND, Wash., April 8 /PRNewswire/ -- In April and May, Nintendo of America Inc. will bring the power of 16-bit entertainment to video game fans across the nation, during the 16-market, 32-mall "SUPER POWER 92 -- SUPER SCOPE 6 MALL TOUR."
 Nintendo video game fans in Boston, Mass., and Salem, N.H., soon will have the opportunity to experience, hands-on, the excitement of Nintendo's newest accessory for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System(R) (Super NES(TM)) -- Super Scope 6(TM) -- the most advanced infrared target device ever developed for any video game system.
 "The idea for the 16-market came after our Game Play counselors received tens of thousands of calls from Nintendo fans, immediately following the February release of the Super Scope 6," said Bill White, director, marketing and corporate communications. "We realized there was a demand and decided to take the Super Scope 6 on the road and deliver it right into the hands of the players."
 Nintendo's team of Game Play counselors will be on hand at Boston- and Salem-area malls in April to introduce video game fans to the latest magic from Nintendo(R) (Emerald Square Mall (Boston), April 10-12; Rockingham Park Mall (Salem), April 17-19; Liberty Tree (Boston), April 24-26). Those attending also will be able to try out the latest Super NES 16-bit games, such as "The Legend of Zelda(R): A Link to the Past(TM)," "Super Ghouls and Ghosts(TM)" and "Castlevania IV."
 Super Scope 6, an accessory designed exclusively for the Super NES, is designed as a shoulder pack target system. It allows players to use infrared technology to aim at the video game screen from virtually any position in the room.
 Nintendo of America Inc. sells personal, home and arcade video games in the United States. The Redmond-based company is headquarters for the marketing operations in North America, and is a subsidiary of the world's largest manufacturer and marketer of video games, Nintendo Co. Ltd.
