NIELSEN MAKES SERVICES PACT WITH COCA-COLA SUBSIDIARY

 NORTHBROOK, Ill., Aug. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Nielsen Marketing Research USA has signed a major service contract with Coca-Cola Foods in Houston that provides data and software programs and services for the division's use throughout North America.
 The new contract, which becomes effective January 1994, represents a major expansion of Nielsen services by Coca-Cola Foods. The company currently uses Nielsen Scantrack. Under the new agreement, Coca-Cola Foods will add Workstation(TM), Sales Advisor(TM), Opportunity Explorer(TM) and Trade Promotion Simulator(TM) software programs to the division, which includes a North American partnership with its U.S., Canada and Mexico operations.
