National Health Insurance ) (NYSE:NHIPr) announced today that it will pay a fourth quarter common stock dividend of 74 cents per share Cents per share The amount of a mutual fund's dividend or capital gains distributions that a shareholder will receive for each share owned. to common stockholders on Feb. 10. The quarterly common stock dividend is payable to stockholders of record on Dec. 30. This represents a cumulative 1997 dividend of $2.96 versus $2.84 in 1996 which is a 4.2% increase.
