He enjoyed an 11-year career as linebacker for the Baltimore/Indianapolis Colts and Miami Dolphins (1979-89). Prior to his NFL career, Krauss earned All-America honors at the University of Alabama The University of Alabama (also known as Alabama, UA or colloquially as 'Bama) is a public coeducational university located in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, USA. In June 2007, Krauss will be inducted into the Alabama Sports Hall of Fame Alabama Sports Hall of Fame (ASHOF) is a state museum dedicated to the celebration and preservation of Alabama’s sports heritage.
