Actress injured in pool accident

Actress Brooke Burns Brooke Elizabeth Burns (born March 16, 1978 in Dallas, Texas) is an American actress and former fashion model, best known for her role on Baywatch and Baywatch Hawaii.  of the upcoming series ``Pepper Dennis'' is on the mend from an accident that could have been much worse.

E! News reports that Burns slightly fractured a bone in her neck Thursday night when she dove into her swimming pool. Manager Barbara Stark told E! that Burns is due to be released from the hospital today.

Burns, who had been married to Julian McMahon Julian Dana William McMahon (born 27 July 1968) is a Golden Globe-nominated Australian actor and former fashion model. Biography

Murphy still rules comedy box office

Eddie Murphy's career may be slowing down, but he remains king of the comedy box office in a survey of laugh hits whose ticket sales are adjusted to current prices.

Hollywood.com says ``Beverly Hills Cop'' is first on its list of 25 top- grossing domestic comedies of all time, while ``Beverly Hills Cop 2'' placed ninth, ``Coming to America'' ranked 21st and ``Trading Places'' came in 24th.

Destiny's Child's goodbye tonight

Destiny's Child makes what reps say will be its farewell appearance as a trio on tonight's ``Jimmy Kimmel Live,'' in the talk show's first episode dedicated to one guest (or, in this case, three).

Beyonce Knowles, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams announced last June they would break up the group for individual career pursuits.

``I know they have other plans, but I will do everything in my power to keep Destiny's Child together,'' Kimmel said. ``For the good of the world.''

It airs at 12:05 a.m. on ABC ABC
