Danza set all wet, but show goes on

The set of the New York-based ``The Tony Danza Show'' suffered a major calamity that required some quick thinking to make the live talk show go on as scheduled Monday.

So Monday morning, Danza opened the show by candlelight, without an audience. ``This isn't a sweeps stunt,'' he said. ``This is real. I do have a remote control so when I think I'm funny (and) deserve applause, I hit this button. ... I'm going to be funny today, I can tell,'' he said, amusing himself with a portable clapper.
