Sylvester Stallone intends to move out of his Miami mansion, but it doesn't necessarily mean he'll also be moving out of town.

It doesn't, however, mean he'll be staying either.

The actor put his extravagant 11.7-acre bayfront estate on the market Monday with a $27.5 million asking price that would easily rank it South Florida's most expensive private home.

Jacobson said Stallone wants to ``downsize'' and was considering other homes in Miami, Miami Beach and elsewhere in South Florida for himself and his wife, model Jennifer Flavin, and their 4-year-old daughter, Sophia Rose.

``He loves Miami and the Miami Beach area,'' Jacobson said. ``He's more of a family man now and feels like all this is perhaps something that he doesn't need anymore.''

``All this'' is an awful lot: The estate - originally part of the vast James Deering compound, Villa Vizcaya - includes a 4-bedroom, 9-1/2-bath, 24,000-square-foot main house with a ballroom that features an orchestra loft and ceiling frescoes, a mini-movie theater and, naturally, a killer gym; three guesthouses; a security gatehouse equipped with military microwave gear and infrared cameras; Olympic pool, lush tropical landscaping; and a boat house with four docking slips and space for a 100-foot yacht.
