NEWS LITE : CHELSEA SLINGS SOME MUD FOR A GOOD CAUSE.


Chelsea Clinton Chelsea Victoria Clinton (born February 27, 1980) is the daughter and only child of former US President Bill Clinton and United States Senator Hillary Clinton. During the day, President Clinton's 16-year-old daughter works with about 70 volunteers for Appalachian Service Project, a ministry based in Tennessee.

``Last time I saw her, she was up to her ankles in mud, and she was digging under a house,'' said Joe Schlatter, executive director of the group.

Having the president's only child working under an unsteady house in the Appalachian foothills was a little worrisome, Schlatter said.
