 NEWS CONFERENCE TO ANNOUNCE $10,000 NEIGHBORHOOD
 ENRICHMENT AWARD FROM THE EAST OHIO GAS COMPANY
 WHAT: New conference with Cleveland City Council President Jay Westbrook, Ward 17 Councilman Ray Pianka and East Ohio Gas Company Vice President Patrick A. Carney, to inform nonprofit community organizations how they can win East Ohio Gas' 1992 Neighborhood Enrichment Award. They will be joined by Chris Warren, director of the city of Cleveland's Department of Community Development, who will represent Cleveland Mayor Michael White.
 The award is an unrestricted $10,000 grant established by The East Ohio Gas Company (through the Consolidated Natural Gas Foundation). The award is designed to honor community groups and organizations which have made major contributions to enhancing the economic and social quality of life in their neighborhoods during 1991. Three awards of $2,500 each also will be granted to the three finalist entries. Competition is open to all nonprofit IRS 501 (c) (3) organizations throughout the East Ohio Gas Company service territory.
 WHERE: Gordon Square Arcade, 6516 Detroit Ave., Cleveland
 WHEN: March 13 at 11 a.m.
 WHO: A panel composed of area civic and community leaders will judge local entries. Announcement of judges made during the news conference.
 HOW: Community organizations must submit entries to a panel of judges by April 30, 1992, describing how one of their 1991 projects made a major contribution to the economic revitalization of a neighborhood. The winner will be announced in June.
