L.A. City team tournament: Woodley Lakes won Thursday's installment with a 384, beating Hansen Dam Hansen Dam in Los Angeles County, California was built by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Los Angeles District in 1939 and 1940. Sepulveda: The first Hal Boigon-Max award will be given out Thursday. The award will be given to the junior golfer who has ``played to the max.'' Max is the name of Boigon's grandson. The winner not only will have his or her name on the trophy that will be displayed in the pro shop, he or she also will receive an individual trophy, automatic entry into next year's L.A. Junior Championships, a junior Publinx membership, a year's subscription to the men's club newsletter and a $50 gift certificate.

Also, applications are being accepted for the Pro-Member Scramble in which 25 of the leading USGA-certified Southern California Southern California, also colloquially known as SoCal, is the southern portion of the U.S. state of California.
