NEWS & NOTES : WITH FOOTBALL SEASON'S RETURN, FOX GOES INTO `OVERTIME'.

KTTV (Channel 11)'s Emmy Award-winning football show ``Fox Overtime'' will kick off its third season from 4-4:30 p.m. Sept. 1.

The show will premiere after the first Fox football telecast of the season, which will match the New Orleans Saints

      KTTV's Rick Garcia will recap the day's action via game footage and interviews. KTTV weekend sports anchor Randy Kerdoon will be in the field.
