NEWS & NOTES : SELLECK COMMITTED TO SITCOM, BUT NOT SURE WHEN IT WILL AIR.


Tom Selleck reports he's not sure if he'll make it to the tube this fall - because his planned CBS (Cell Broadcast Service) See cell broadcast.  sitcom is to be part of an overall deal with a studio for which he'd also make movies. And he hasn't decided on a studio. He says he also hasn't definitely decided on the concept for the series. He's recently finished the big-screen ``In and Out'' with Kevin Kline and says he might be doing another feature this fall that would interfere with his doing a series at that time. The bottom line is, ``I have an on-air commitment with CBS for a series. But I can't tell you when it will be on.''

Sheree and her husband, business executive Paul de Robbio, who are also parents of a 6-year-old son, have just learned they're expecting a boy.
