Born Thomas James Tune in Wichita Falls, Texas, he attended Lamar High School in Houston. is tackling daytime TV next month with a two-part, guest-starring role on CBS' "The Bold and the Beautiful." The episodes, which will air Jan. 10 and 15 at 1:30 p.m., will feature Tune as himself, and Barry Weissler, the producer of Broadway's "Grease!" auditioning "B&B" cast member Jeff Trachta's character, Thorne Forrester Thorne Forrester is a fictional character on CBS soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful. The character is currently played by Winsor Harmon since December 1996. Previously the role was played by Clayton Norcross from the show's premier in 1987 until 1989, then by Jeff , for a role in Tune's currently running "Grease!" revival. Chances are, "Thorne" will be getting the part, since Trachta will be assuming the starring role of Danny Zuko in the Broadway play beginning Jan. 2.
