 NEW YORK POWER AUTHORITY PRESIDENT TO PARTICIPATE IN ENERGY MEETING
 New York Power Authority President John C. Brons will participate in a panel discussion on "New York's Energy Future" at 5 p.m. Thursday (June 4) at the Westchester County Association's General Membership Meeting at the Rye Town Hilton.
 Brons, the Power Authority's chief operating officer, will be joined on the panel by George Delaney, vice president of Con Edison's Westchester Division, and Eugene Gleason, deputy commissioner of the State Energy Office.
 DATE: Thursday, June 4
 TIME: 5 p.m.
 PLACE: Rye Town Hilton, 699 Westchester Ave., Rye Brook
 EVENT: Westchester County Association General Membership Meeting
 The meeting will be followed by a reception at 6:15 and the Association's dinner meeting at 7:15. County Executive Andrew P. O'Rourke will provide greetings at the dinner, which will feature a speech by Ben J. Wattenberg, a nationally syndicated columnist and political analyst.
