NEW SUITE PROVIDES DUAL SUPPORT FOR ICA PROTOCOL/MICROSOFT RDP.

Boundless Technologies, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Boundless Corporation (NASDAQ: BDLS) has unveiled the latest innovation to its line of flexible Windows(R)-based terminals that supports both the Citrix (NASDAQ:CTXS) Independent Computing Architecture (ICA)(R) protocol and Microsoft Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP)--the "Viewpoint(R) TC Windows-based Terminal Software Suite."

Powered by Microsoft Windows CE, the new additions to the Windows-based terminal software suite connect to Microsoft Windows NT Server 4.0, Terminal Server Edition, Citrix MetaFrame(R) or WinFrame(R), UNIX and legacy systems, enabling the unit to run multiple ICA and RDP sessions simultaneously. In addition to ICA and RDP support, the new software suite also includes a number of local text terminal emulations, including 3270, 5250, VT 100, 220 and 320, 3151 and SCO Console. Key to this offering is the ability to "hot-key" at the client level between Windows sessions and legacy text terminal applications.

The new Viewpoint TC Windows-based Terminal Software Suite will begin field trials in September, with general availability soon thereafter. As with all versions of the Viewpoint TC, customers who have previously purchased Boundless thin clients and Windows-based terminals that are part of the Viewpoint TC family can upgrade to the capabilities of the new software suite at their own pace.
