NEW JERSEY JURY AWARDS WOMAN $15 MILLION IN FACIAL SURGERY SUIT.


A U.S. District Court jury in Camden, NJ, has awarded found a plastic surgeon plastic surgeon A surgeon specialized in reconstruction or cosmetic enhancement of various body regions, most commonly the face–nose, chin, and cheeks, breasts and buttocks; PSs remove fat deposits through liposuction; PSs reduce scarring or disfigurement  liable for $5 million in damages to a woman who developed a bacterial infection after plastic surgery and to her husband.
