NEW HORIZONS PLANS TO SALUTE MCCARTHY.


Daily News columnist Dennis McCarthy, family volunteer Roseline Susman and Wells Fargo Bank will be honored Friday at the second annual New Horizons gala at the Sheraton Universal Hotel.

New Horizons was started in 1954 as a support group for seven local families with developmentally disabled children who had nowhere else to turn.
