 NEW HAMPSHIRE MAN CHARGED WITH IMPARTING FALSE
 INFORMATION IN ALLEGED AIR PIRACY EFFORT
 BOSTON, Oct. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- An information was filed today in federal court charging a New Hampshire man with imparting false information concerning an alleged attempt to commit air piracy.
 U.S. Attorney A. John Pappalardo announced today that Brian R. Chase of 65 Batchelder St., Laconia, N.H., was charged in a one-count information with imparting false information to Delta Airlines concerning an alleged attempt to commit air piracy. If convicted, Chase faces a maximum term of five years' imprisonment and a fine of $25,000.
 The case was investigated by special agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation and will be prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Thomas C. Frongillo of Pappalardo's New England Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force.
