The original Japanese title is Ironmen of Cooking ( : If you've always wanted to know more about what's behind that strange, popular television show ``Iron Chef'' (which has been airing on the Food Network), now's your chance. With the recently released American edition of ``Iron Chef: The Official Book'' (Berkley; $21.95), you can get a behind-the-scenes look at the history, rules, the chefs, a timeline, costumes, tasting panel and numerous battles along with some of the chefs' recipes (in metric measures). Sprinkled throughout are numerous pictures of the chefs, sets and finished recipe creations. Also included is information on the Food Network version of the show ``The New York New York, state, United States New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States.
