NEW & NOTEWORTHY.YUMMY YOGURT: Ben & Jerry's has done it again. They've introduced two new yogurt flavors that are dynamite - Raspberry Gone Coconuts and Phish Food Phish Food is a Ben and Jerry's ice cream flavour named after the rock band Phish. It is a chocolate ice cream with a caramel-marshmallow swirl and fish and cow shaped chocolate chunks inside. - which join five other flavors in their frozen yogurt lineup. Raspberry Gone Coconuts swirls raspberry and toasted coconut frozen yogurts with coconut cookies. Each 1/2 cup serving contains 190 calories and 3.5 grams fat. Phish Food, a copy of the company's popular ice cream with the same name, is a combination of chocolate frozen yogurt with marshmallow marshmallow /marsh·mal·low/ (mahrsh´mel?o) (-mal?o) a perennial Eurasian herb, Althaea officinalis, and caramel swirls and little chocolate-shaped fish. Each 1/2 cup serving has 230 calories and 5 grams fat as opposed to the ice cream version of the same serving size that has 300 calories and 14 grams fat. Tasters gave both high marks of approval - and would purchase either or both flavors. Unlike some of their yogurt counterparts, with these two you don't feel cheated when it comes to flavor and add-ins.
