Noun 1. ovenware - heat-resistant dishware in which food can be cooked as well as served
now offers two sizes of bakeware that is oven-, microwave-, freezer- and dishwasher-safe. Even better, the black pans, which are made of heat-resistant plastic, can be reused several times. Offered in two sizes, the 9x12-inch pans (with snap-on lids) come in packages of two, and the 8x8-inch pans and lids are available in packages of three. Each set is $3.99.

The pans are ideal for potluck toting or using for freezing and baking. Even better, if you don't feel like dealing with messy clean-up, you can just toss them. We found them particularly appealing as they can go in either the microwave or conventional oven, they're nonbreakable and lightweight. Look for them in the paper goods aisle of supermarkets.
