NERAC Unveils Enhanced Online Tools To Special Librarians.

Also making its debut at the Philadelphia conference: a revamped Customer Access interface that allows point-and-click document and patent ordering directly from online search results; an improved Table of Contents service that allows the user to specify journals by name or to search for journals by subject; and a search results filtering feature called "Search-Within-A-Search(SM)."

"Now our scientists and engineers are able to deliver our customers broad literature searches," Bouley said. "We eliminate the results that we know are not relevant. And then customers use Search-Within-A-Search to pinpoint those citations only they would recognize as on-target."
