NEIGHBORS DETAIN CAR-THEFT SUSPECTS.

PALMDALE - Neighbors captured two Canyon Country teens suspected of trying to steal a car parked on a Palmdale street.

The pair, plus three other young men who had been asleep or passed out in the suspects' car, were being held by residents when deputies arrived early Monday in the 38000 block of Calcedony cal·ced·o·ny

The teens who were arrested had a key made to fit Honda cars, Jennings said. He said both teens had arrest records for theft.
