NEHA Participates in Counter-Bioterrorism Exercise.


Top Off, an exercise held last May in Denver, tested how federal, state, and local government agencies would react if a bioterrorist attack occurred in a metropolis the size of the Denver area. The exercise also measured the responses of top officials.
