On a deficiency of assets, executors and administrators cum testamento annexo, are entitled to have refunded to them legacies POLICY: All cancellations must be received in writing for consideration. If NEHA is notified by May 20, 2005, a full refund will be issued--less a $50 non-refundable fee for all can cellations. If NEHA is notified after May 20, 2005, but on or before June 3, 2005, a 50% refund will be issued. No refund will be granted after June 3, 2005. Extra function tickets will not be refunded after June 3, 2005. You will receive a registration confirmation by e-mail. |
