Nomination categories are: community service, visual and performing arts or journalism, government services, science or education, and sports. The deadline for nominations is July 16. The induction ceremony will be held in Sept. 23 during Back to School Night in the campus gymnasium. A nomination form can be obtained at the school Web site at www.phsfalcons.org.
