(Nasdaq:PUMA), a leading provider of synchronization software and services, announced today that a Lite version of Intellisync(R) software will be bundled with NEC 515 High Definition Mobile+ phones sold through AT&T Wireless retail outlets in the U.S. and Asia beginning this summer. The solution will synchronize contacts, calendars and tasks between NEC's SyncML phones and essential PC applications such as Microsoft(R) Outlook(R).

Available in the English, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese languages, Intellisync Lite for the NEC 515 will provide many of the features that have enabled the full version of Intellisync to achieve 90 percent market share among PC-to-PDA synchronization products sold in the U.S. retail software channel. NEC 515 customers will have the opportunity to upgrade to the full version of the software, which will provide advanced features such as data filtering, custom field mapping and support of multiple folders. The upgrade will be available from Pumatech's Web Store at www.pumatech.com.

Intellisync successfully completed SyncML Conformance and Interoperability Testing in September 2002 at SyncFest in Las Vegas, Nev., and is now officially recognized as being SyncML-compliant.
