Mr. Dalton's key responsibilities include overseeing all the sales activities of microwave radio products and services in the Central region, with an emphasis on the promotion of new products to generate a continuous flow of sales from both existing customers and new business leads.

Mr. Dalton will lead the Central region, a newly defined sales territory, in building its customer base, maintaining current client relationships, implementing tactical sales strategies and coordinating technical product presentations to drive sales. In addition to these sales manager responsibilities, Dalton will develop business proposals to closely align with end-user's microwave radio requirements.
