NEATO, LLC announces that it has filed suit in Federal Court in Florida against Stomp, Inc. for the infringement by Stomper of its Patent No. 5,789,051 for CD-ROM jewel case inserts.

In 1995, NEATO pioneered the use of paper labels for quick and inexpensive identification of CDs produced by "writeable" CD recorders. Its earliest patents cover an inexpensive applicator ap·pli·ca·tor
