Demonstrations on the NDS stand MH1.03 will include:

-- NDS MediaHighway: NDS will demonstrate how it's middleware

solutions enable platform operators, channels and developers

to deliver interactive applications quickly and at a low cost.

NDS's MediaHighway Development Kit (MHDK) offers an authoring

tool that will enable users with little programming knowledge

to easily develop HTML and Java-based applications for both

MediaHighway Core and Advanced profiles. MediaHighway

middleware is used in more than 16 million set-top boxes by 25

leading operators worldwide. It allows platforms to provide

exciting interactive applications such as games, sports,

voting and shopping, to attract and retain subscribers whilst

enhancing revenues.

-- NDS XTV(TM) PVR Solution: XTV an integrated PVR solution is

based on NDS's proven PVR technology, currently deployed by

BSkyB in their Sky+ box. NDS will show new ways to attract

subscribers and generate revenues through advanced PVR

capabilities. iXTV will demonstrate how a new breed of content

can be created using the hard disk as well as the different

trick modes offered by XTV.

-- NDS DRM & Mobile Solutions: NDS's Mobile DRM solution will

show how all types of content including, music, video, MMS,

games and applications can be downloaded and distributed

safely with secure billing and payment mechanisms. NDS will

demonstrate Snapshot, a new application protected by the

mobile DRM solution. Snapshot enables viewers to capture

personalised images from a live broadcast and send them as

'wallpaper' to their mobile handset.

-- NDS Value@TV(TM): Value@TV, NDS's interactive television

technology is deployed worldwide at both platforms and content

providers. Global brands MTV, QVC, Discovery, Nickelodeon and

Sky use Value@TV infrastructure and applications. Value@TV

Production Suite helps operators, broadcasters and channels to

easily produce a wider range of interactive television

content, more quickly and with less technical skills.
