It has historically brought Department of Defense representatives, prime contractors, subcontractors, and their suppliers together to discuss present and future wheeled vehicle requirements for all services. It has afforded an atmosphere for open discussions between the customers and the suppliers based on the needs of the military users. The information presented is valuable to program managers, engineers, planners and marketers. In addition, open discussions will be invaluable to DoD planners and program managers. The theme has yet to be determined. Regular Registration Fees Government/Academic/Allied $615 NDIA Member Industry $675 NDLA Non-Member Industry $730 NDIA Non-Member Allied $735 Description History has repeatedly taught us that test and evaluation tends to be inadequate and often delayed until problems are beyond a simple fix. Test and evaluation has a legitimate and important place at the defense acquisition table. This Summit's theme focuses on the issue of moving Defense Test and Evaluation from being perceived as ADDING programmatic risk, to a process which actually REDUCES the risk.
