NDC forms new group.
Mario Lopez, NDC's global customer care vice president said, "It is common sense to take your most complex challenges and put them in the hands of people with the expertise in solve those challenges.
With the formation of this group, we are basically formalizing a process that we were typically following instinctively--assigning the most complex challenges to the people who could best handle them."
A second focus of the group is to provide customers with advanced applications services such as measurement and control optimization, process audits, advanced training for process managers, engineers and technicians, and live remote on-line diagnostics. All of which is designed to help achieve best practice performance. Mr. Lopez added, "The knowledge of the experts can be leveraged to enhance the performance of existing installations, allowing our customers to realize greater benefits in terms of reduced material usage and scrap as well as improved product quality."
