NCI Information Systems, Inc. to Provide IT Services and Solutions as a Subcontractor Under $2 Billion Encore Contract Award.

MCLEAN, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 2, 2002

NCI See Liberate.  Information Systems, Inc. (NCI) today announced that it will provide integration solutions and information technology (IT) services as a subcontractor to Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) under CSC's Encore contract.

CSC was recently named one of nine awardees on the indefinite delivery/ indefinite quantity (IDIQ) Encore contract, awarded by the Defense Information Technology Contract Organization (DITCO DITCO Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization

) at Scott Air Force Base Scott Air Force Base (IATA: BLV, ICAO: KBLV, FAA LID: BLV) is a base of the United States Air Force in St. Clair County, Illinois near Belleville which are in the St. Louis metropolitan area. , Illinois, for existing and new IT support.

DITCO has set a $2 billion dollar ceiling among all nine awardees for the seven-year contract, with NCI's portion worth approximately $20 million.

Under terms of the agreement, NCI will provide its services and solutions to Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), the Department of Defense (DoD), various Federal Government Agencies, and a number of U.S. Allies worldwide.
