NCI Awarded $4.5 Million Task Order on ITES Contract.

RESTON, Va. -- NCI, Inc. (NASDAQ:NCIT), a leading provider of information technology services and solutions to U.S. federal government agencies, announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, NCI Information Systems, Inc. has been awarded a task order worth approximately $4.5 million through the Army Information Technology Enterprise Solutions (ITES) contract. Under the task order, NCI will support the Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) in implementing and refining the process for delivering Army and DoD licensed software to Army IT organizations. This effort will reduce the total cost of ownership by standardizing desktop and server software configurations and will result in improved network security.
